By using Locate Business, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use

Locate Business is provided for lawful business research purposes — including sales prospecting, market research, logistics planning, and data enrichment. You agree not to use this service to:

• Collect data for spam, harassment, or unsolicited contact campaigns
• Circumvent access controls or scrape sites that prohibit it in their terms
• Resell or redistribute output data as a commercial data product without permission
• Overload our systems through automated abuse or deliberate high-volume requests beyond your plan limits

3. Service Limits

The free tier is limited to 10 companies per day. Premium plans allow up to 500 companies per month. We reserve the right to enforce these limits and to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Address data is scraped from public company websites and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Locate Business makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of results. Always verify critical addresses before acting on them.

5. Limitation of Liability

Locate Business is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in scraped data, service interruptions, or loss of data.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
