When you use Locate Business, we collect the files you upload (Excel/CSV containing company names and optional zip codes or website URLs). We do not require account registration. We do not collect payment information on the free tier.

2. How We Use Your Data

The company names you provide are used solely to perform address lookups on your behalf. Uploaded files are processed and then deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We do not sell, share, or use your uploaded data for any purpose beyond fulfilling your request.

3. Third-Party Services

• Firecrawl: Used for web scraping. Pages visited during your request may be processed by Firecrawl's infrastructure.
• Serper: Used for web search to locate company websites. Search queries are sent to Serper's API.
• Amazon Bedrock: Used for AI-based address parsing. Content processed is subject to AWS's data handling policies.
• Google AdSense: Used for advertising. Google may set cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out via Google's Ads Settings.

4. Cookies

We do not set first-party tracking cookies. Google AdSense may set cookies for ad personalization. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings or Google's ad opt-out tools.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded files and job results are retained for up to 24 hours to allow you to download your results, then permanently deleted. We do not retain your company lists or output files beyond that window.
